Mobility Rental Information

At Castle Mobility, we offer short-term mobility equipment rentals to support temporary needs while maintaining safety, hygiene, and equipment quality. This page explains how our rental program works, including eligibility, pricing structure, responsibilities, and important terms. By renting from Castle Mobility, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Available Rental Equipment
Power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and manual wheelchairs are available for rental.

Rental Duration
Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, with a maximum rental period of two months.

Pickup & Delivery
Rental equipment is available for local pickup and local delivery only. Delivery availability, timing, and fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility
A $150 security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit may be fully or partially refunded following inspection of the equipment after return. Refund amounts depend on the condition of the equipment. If damage is severe, the customer is responsible for the full repair or replacement cost of the equipment.

Condition, Wear & Use
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Normal wear from intended use is acceptable. Misuse, abuse, negligence, or horseplay is not acceptable and may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.

Cancellations, Early Returns & Refunds
Customers may cancel a rental at any time. Unused rental time will be reimbursed minus a $25 administrative fee. The administrative fee applies only when a rental is canceled early and does not apply if the rental runs its full term.

Renter Eligibility & Verification
Renters must be 18 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit or debit card are required and must be kept on file for the duration of the rental.

Purchase Option After Rental
Customers may purchase rented equipment during or after the rental period. Fifty percent of rental fees paid may be applied toward the purchase price. Purchase eligibility and final pricing are subject to inspection and availability.

Loss or Theft
If rental equipment is lost or stolen during the rental period, the customer is fully responsible for the replacement cost.

Maintenance, Breakdowns & Misuse
Normal mechanical issues resulting from proper use will be handled by Castle Mobility. Damage or issues resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability & Use Responsibility
Customers accept full responsibility for the safe and proper use of rental equipment. Castle Mobility is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidelines.

Policy Reference
Mobility rentals are separate from product purchases and are governed by this rental policy in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable site policies.
