Castle Mobility LLC was defrauded by this supplier. This company initially presents itself as a large, reputable manufacturer, claiming to supply products globally across multiple continents. They communicate in a very friendly and professional manner, creating a false sense of trust.
They promise high-quality products at competitive rates, often positioning themselves as better than other suppliers. They then push aggressively for a deposit (typically 30% of the invoice) and rush the payment process. Once payment is made, their behavior changes. They fail to deliver the goods, delay communication, and ultimately do not fulfill the order or return the money.
